The Operas of Mozart & Da Ponte

One of the most fruitful musical concurrences existed in late 18th-century Vienna between W A Mozart and librettist Lorenzo Da Ponte. The resulting three masterpieces, namely The Marriage of Figaro, Don Giovanni and Cosi fan tutte, have delighted audiences ever since. During this course we explore this fascinating collaboration while enjoying music from some of the greatest Mozart operas.
